March is cerebral palsy awareness month. Besides other celebrations, including spring’s first signs of life, this is an important month for us as we support this international month for cerebral palsy.
What is cerebral palsy awareness month?
Now you might start wondering what is it that makes this the cerebral palsy month and what we do during this time. Well, first of all, it’s a month specially dedicated to this condition and to the people who are cerebral palsy warriors.
Having gone through so many experiences and fighting to become better every day, they deserve a whole month of appreciation. What’s more, during this month, people wear mostly the green color, which is the color of cerebral palsy, and they get more involved into their communities. All in all, this month is meant to support and encourage people with cerebral palsy by their peers and by all other people worldwide.
